The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) in Northern Ireland has officially launched the Construction Teachers Forum as part of their ongoing Build Your Career – a future in construction programme for schools and students.
The forum will provide an opportunity for teachers of construction qualifications to get together and discuss best practices for training delivery, share ideas, and resources, as well as to develop solutions to will enhance the teaching of construction qualifications in schools across NI. Seventeen post-primary schools came together for the inaugural meeting. They will gather throughout the year to coordinate activities and determine collective efforts for delivery.
