Keylite Roof Windows (Keylite) is calling on the whole supply chain to take on its #KickItWithKeylite challenge in the name of raising money for the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice and Children’s Health Foundation Crumlin.

Sports stars of all backgrounds have been seen kicking, throwing, putting, and batting balls through a Keylite roof window, and are challenging Irish builders’ merchants to beat the pros.

Participants should record their #KickItWithKeylite attempts, and once the challenge is complete, nominate three friends to get involved and donate through Keylite’s JustGiving pages.

Tommy Bowe, former Ireland, British and Irish Lions Rugby player, commented: “When you see the work that’s being done at the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice and Children’s Health Foundation Crumlin, it’s clear that anything you can do to try and raise money for their causes is so needed. Particularly in the difficult times we’re in now, where these charities and foundations can’t get out or host the fundraisers that they would usually have – so bring on the Kick It with Keylite challenge!”

The stars came together last month to take turns attempting the challenge, where Stephen Ferris, fellow retired Irish rugby star, added: “I’ve never met Sam (Samantha Kelly, Glentoran FC/NI Football player) before, so it’s been great to be able to come down, meet different people from different sporting backgrounds, and get together to raise some money.”

Merchants can also join the likes of GAA all-star Cathal McShane, presenter Adrian Logan, and joint Tyrone SFC Manager Feargal Logan, in taking part in the challenge, and share their attempts on social media, along with the hashtag #KickItWithKeylite.

Passionate about raising as much money as possible for two brilliant causes, Keylite has pledged £5,000 to both charities and encourages anyone that watches the challenges to get involved and lend their support by donating.
